What you need to know
How old must I be to rent a boat?
To rent a powered vessel, you must be 21 years of age or older. Additionally, if you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you are required to have a Florida Boater's Safety Certificate or an equivalent from another state. Florida law mandates that you carry either a permanent or temporary Boater Safety Card along with a valid photo ID while operating the boat.
Do you provide life jackets & saftey equipment?
Yes, we provide life jackets in youth and adult sizes, as well as all saftey equipment required by the US Coast Guard and State of Florida.
Can I fish from the boat?
Yes, you may fish from our boats. However, you must have a valid Florida fishing license and provide a copy to us when booking your boat.
Can I wakeboard or go tubing?
No. There is no wakeboarding, tubing, or towing or any kind allowed with our boats.
What times can we depart?
Rentals can depart anytime after 8:00 AM, but all boats must return by 4:00 PM. Be sure to arrive 20-30 minutes early to complete the required safety briefing without cutting into your rental time.
If I come in early, will I get a refund?
It depends. If you returned early because you weren’t enjoying Florida’s nature or had too much sun, there are no refunds. However, if we instructed you to return early due to weather conditions, we will adjust your rate accordingly.
What happens if we break something on the boat?
Any damage or loss of equipment will be the renter's responsibility. If any items are damaged or lost, please inquire for replacement costs. We encourage all renters to handle equipment with care.
What happens if cancel our rental?
If you cancel your rental within 72 hours of the scheduled departure, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, please note that all bookings include a non-refundable $50 booking fee. Full payment is required at least 72 hours before departure, so be sure to make any changes to your reservation ahead of time to avoid losing your payment.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! At Beach Breeze Boats we do allow you to bring your pet; however, Please be aware it will be an additional $30 per-pet when booking.
